objectives

Coyote Logistics experienced extreme growth as an organization moving from start-up to international player in a few short years. They needed to change the way they communicated their value proposition and a big part of that is their online channels. The ask was to update and revamp their website in order to tell the right story for the brand, and demonstrate their end-to-end solutions for the logistics industry. The approach was to study the domain, competitors and existing research in order to understand the customer journey for both shippers and carriers. Content was audited to help organize, identify gaps, develop new structures and determine new page layouts. From there the new responsive site design took shape and successfully launched in a few months.
