Role: Lead strategist and UX designer
Hyundai Canada needed to create a new experience for shoppers that showcased the lineup breadth and depth, surfaced details to quickly identify the right vehicle, and simplified the decision process and steps to configure a vehicle. The new experience needed to elevate the brand in the eyes of the consumer, and reduce operational costs for the business related to site authoring and maintenance.
